Absolute cracker of a game!
Both teams channeled their inner elves and traded two-turn touchdowns in the first half. The Inferno managed to make the go ahead goal off a thrown goblin on their turn eight, humans retaliated by gang fouling the underworld troll (dead. Apothed to MNG, then regened it. Sigh.)
Humans second half drive took until turn 6 to complete with a lucky TD by the Eagles' ogre. Was just barely able to stop the underworld from scoring the winning goal - more due to Dazed's unfortunate luck with his troll eating re-rolls than my brilliant coaching!
Very fun time and Dazed was very forgiving of errors I made. |
